Meta Leads: Troubleshooting Guide

Follow this guide to ensure your leads from Meta Business Suite sync correctly with String CRM.


Step 1: Enable Leads Access Permissions

  1. Log in to your Meta Business Suite.

  2. Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Under Accounts, click Pages.

  4. Click on your name or the relevant team member’s name.

  5. Click the Manage button next to your name or the relevant team member’s name.

  6. Find the Leads Access toggle and turn it ON.


Step 2: Check Leads Access in Integrations

  1. Select the Leads Access section.

Now check:

  • If you see the “Customise Access” button — your leads access is correctly set. No further action is required.


Additional Task: Connect String CRM in Leads Access Section (Only If Needed)

Note: If Customised Leads Access is enabled and showing users names and CRM connection options — continue to the task below.

  1. Click on CRM's.

  2. Check if String CRM is listed under connected CRMs.

  3. If String CRM is missing:

    • Click "Assign CRM" button.

    • Search for and select String CRM.

    • Click on Assign button to assign the CRM.

Once connected, String CRM should appear under Connected CRMs, and leads syncing should start.
