How to Create a New Submission for Leads

Overview

Agents can create new submissions for leads whenever they request a new service or product. Each submission starts a new journey for the lead in your system.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Lead Profile

  1. Go to the Leads page.

  2. Search for the lead using filters (name, email, phone).

  3. Click on the lead’s name to open their profile.

2. Create a New Submission

  • Inside the lead’s profile, click "Create New Submission".

  • Fill in the submission details:

Description

Main Category

Select the primary service/product category (e.g., "Internet Services").

Sub Category

Choose a sub-category (e.g., "Fiber Optic").

Product

Select the specific product (e.g., "500 Mbps Plan").

Service IDs

Enter service IDs if applicable.

Start Date

Set when the service/product should begin.

Source ID

Track where the lead came from (e.g., "Facebook Ad").

Form ID

Link to a form submission if applicable.

Click "Save" to confirm.


Note:

Track Multiple Submissions: Each request creates a separate record.
Automated Journey: Triggers workflows (e.g., follow-ups, approvals).
