✔ Page published (not in draft mode)
Step-by-Step Connection Process
1. Initiate the Integration
Log in to your String Dashboard
Navigate to:
Management> Settings > Integrations
Click "Connect Facebook"
2. Meta Authentication
Log in with your Facebook credentials (must have Page admin rights)
Select the specific Facebook Page you want to connect
Choose the linked Business Manager account
Grant these permissions
pages_messaging / pages_read_engagement / pages_manage_metadata

Accessing & Managing Messenger Conversations
Inbox Management
Go to: Inbox > Omnichannel Social DM
View all conversations in a unified inbox with:
Customer profiles (past interactions)
Message history
Automated tags (e.g., "New Lead", "Support")
You can receive and send massages/ reply on comments/ add leads from one place.
Social media Replies and comments
Go to: Inbox > Omnichannel > Social posts > Facebook
You can reply on comments/ add leads to CRM from any interactions on your posts.
