How to Add Reminders to Leads/Team

Automate Reminders to the Customers and team members

  • Access Leads Section

    • Log in to the platform

    • Go to "Leads" from the sidebar menu

  • Open Lead Profile

    • Search for the lead using:

      • Search bar (by name/phone)

      • Filters (by status/source)

    • Click the lead's name from the list

  • Initiate Reminder

    • Click the "Reminders"

  • Set Timing

    • Choose date from pop-up calendar

    • Set precise time (AM/PM)

  • Select Recipient

    • ☑️ Team Member/ user

    • ☑️ Client/ lead

  • Add Details

    • Write clear notes (e.g., "Follow up on contract signing"


  • Save Reminder

    • Click "Save" to save and proceed the reminders.
