1. Access Unified Inbox
Log in to the system
Click "Omnichannel" in "Communication" menu
Choose
Channel (WhatsApp/Facebook/etc.)
Tags
Assigned agent
2. Create New Tags
Go to"Omnichannel" in "Communication" menu
Click "Add New Tag"
Enter tag name
Click "Save"
4. Add Tag to Existing Conversation
Open the desired conversation
Click the "Tags" icon
Select from existing tags
Enter tag name → Save
5. Open Conversation
From inbox select desired conversation
Click on the conversation
Begin interacting with customer
6. Close Conversation
While viewing conversation
Click "Close" icon
Add closing notes (optional)
Confirm closure
7. Assign Conversation to Team Member
Open target conversation
Click "Options" > "Assign"
Select team member/s from list
Click "save"
