Easily update a lead’s stage or status in String to reflect its progress in the sales pipeline.
1. Navigate to the Leads Section
Log in to String, then go to "Customers / Leads" from the navigation bar.
2. Select the Lead
Find the lead you want to update and click on it. This will open the Lead Card popup.
3. Update the Stage/Status
In the Lead Card, locate the Stage and Status fields.
Click on the current value to open the options menu.
4. Choose the New Stage/Status
Select the appropriate stage (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost).
Update the status if needed.
5. Click "Save"
Confirm the changes by clicking "Save". The lead’s status will be updated instantly.
