How to Change the Lead Stage/Status?

Easily update a lead’s stage or status in String to reflect its progress in the sales pipeline.

1. Navigate to the Leads Section

Log in to String, then go to "Customers / Leads" from the navigation bar.

2. Select the Lead

Find the lead you want to update and click on it. This will open the Lead Card popup.

3. Update the Stage/Status

  • In the Lead Card, locate the Stage and Status fields.

  • Click on the current value to open the options menu.

4. Choose the New Stage/Status

  • Select the appropriate stage (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost).

  • Update the status if needed.

5. Click "Save"

Confirm the changes by clicking "Save". The lead’s status will be updated instantly.
