Step 1: Access Chatbots

Step 2: Create a New Chatflow

  • Click Create New Chatflow.

  • Enter a Chatflow Name and select the Branch.

  • Click Create.

  • Choose the Chatflow Type (e.g., Support, Sales, FAQ).

  • Define Working Hours for chatbot availability.

  • Select the Channel (Website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp).

Step 4: Customize Chatbot Appearance

  • Adjust Widget Style & Language to match your brand.

  • Preview how the chatbot will appear to users.

Step 5: Deploy the Chatbot

  • Copy and Embed the Code into your website if applicable.

  • Start building your chatflow by adding Triggers, Responses, and Conditions.

Step 6: Preview

Step 7: Manage & Optimize

  • Find all chatflows in your list for editing and updates.

  • Track performance with Reports & Insights to improve engagement.
