The Activity Log under the Management section helps you track all actions taken within the platform, ensuring clear visibility over changes and interactions. Follow these steps to access and use it effectively
Step 1: Access the Activity Log
Log in to String.
Go to the Management section from the main menu.
Click on Activity Log to open the full history of actions.
Step 2: Review Logged Activities
The log displays a timeline of actions, including user activities, lead updates, automation triggers, and message changes.
Use filters to refine results by date, user, or activity type.
Step 3: Search for Specific Actions
Use the search bar to find specific events or updates.
Click on an entry to expand details about the action taken.
Step 4: Export Activity Logs (If Needed) "soon"
Click the Export button to download reports for auditing or analysis.
