To assign a customer to a team member:
Go to the Customers Section
Log in to String.
Navigate to "Leads" from the sidebar.
Select the Customer
Choose the customer you want to assign
Click "Assign"
Click the "Assign" button to open the assignment menu.
Choose the Team Member
Select the team member or manager responsible for the customer.
Save & Confirm
Click "Save" to confirm. The customer's assigned representative will update immediately.
Bulk Assign Multiple Customers
Select multiple customers using the checkboxes.
Click "Assign" and choose the relevant team member.
Press "Save" to complete the assignment.
