How to assign lead to agent/team member?

Allocate a lead to a specific agent or team member for follow-up

To assign a customer to a team member:

  1. Go to the Customers Section

    • Log in to String.

    • Navigate to "Leads" from the sidebar.

  • Select the Customer

    • Choose the customer you want to assign

  • Click "Assign"

    • Click the "Assign" button to open the assignment menu.

  • Choose the Team Member

    • Select the team member or manager responsible for the customer.

  • Save & Confirm

    • Click "Save" to confirm. The customer's assigned representative will update immediately.

Bulk Assign Multiple Customers

  • Select multiple customers using the checkboxes.

  • Click "Assign" and choose the relevant team member.

  • Press "Save" to complete the assignment.
