How to filter Leads?

Use various criteria to narrow down the list of leads.

How to Filter the Lead List in The String?

Use quick filters or custom filters to easily find leads based on status, source, or other criteria.

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Open The String platform and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Lead Management

  • From the sidebar menu, go to "Management" and select "Leads".

3. Use Quick Filters

At the top of the lead list, you will find several quick filter options, such as:
All Leads – View all leads.
New Leads – See newly added leads.
Contacted – View leads that have been reached out to.
Qualified – Show leads that are ready for follow-up.
Closed (Won/Lost) – Display leads with completed deals.

4. Create Custom Filters

If you need to filter leads based on specific criteria:

  • Click "Filter" or "Add Filter".

  • Choose the criteria such as source, stage, creation date, or assigned agent.

  • Click "Save as Quick Filter" to create a custom filter for future use.

5. Reset Filters

  • To remove filters and return to the full lead list, click "Reset".
